Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying recent business opportunities, nurturing qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves daily interaction with prospective and existing clients through meetings, calls, and presentations. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts,



and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also requires tracking market trends, providing feedback to enhance service offerings, and contributing to account planning and client retention initiatives.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.
Strong Business acumen, with a focus on understanding client industries, marketing solutions, and revenue growth drivers.
Excellent Communication skills, including persuasive presentations, clear written communication, and confident client-facing interactions.
Proven Account Management experience, with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
