As a Digital Sales Executive, you will be part of a team which is excited by the thought of winning sales, driving a business forward and achieving serious results. In this role you will be bringing new clients for ADP in the Small Business Segment & Mid Market Segment. To be successful in the role, you will have:

Identify prospective clients and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.




Perform intense research to generate qualified leads by identifying key players and generating interest while ensuring 100% fitment and low rejection rate.
Maintain and expand a database of prospects within an assigned territory.
Close deals on-the-call and onboard new clients to achieve monthly quotas.
Understand local market extensively and adjust sales strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Leverage digital tools and social platforms to engage prospects and manage the sales cycle. Quick learner of digital sales tools and platforms.
Fostering strategic conversations with CEO, CFO, and HR leadership.
Building rapport and trust with executive-level decision-makers.
Proactive, self-starter mentality, strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and service adoption.
Respond to RFP’s & RFQ’s to close deals independently.
