Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and well-connected Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager who already has an established network within the corporate sector and can drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience selling directly to corporate organizations and a proven ability to acquire and manage key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business from direct corporate clients across India.
Leverage existing corporate relationships to develop new business opportunities.
Identify, approach and convert prospective clients through meetings,



networking and referrals.
Build long-term relationships with HR, L&D;, Administration, Procurement and Business Leaders.
Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial quotations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Coordinate with internal Creative and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM updates.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and industry forums.

What we are looking for:
5–10 years of proven B2B sales experience.
Existing network within corporate organizations is mandatory.
Experience in Corporate Events, MICE, Employee Engagement, Hospitality, Travel or related industries preferred.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
