I'm hiring a Sales & Customer Relations Head for Milkcrop, and this time I'll lead with the number: ₹25,000–30,000 a month, plus commission on everything you win.
Milkcrop is a Hyderabad dairy. Our own animals, milked at 1 AM, raw milk chilled to 4°C and at doors across the city before sunrise. No adulteration, no middlemen. We just signed our office in Banjara Hills, and I'm building the core team that runs this with me.
WHAT YOU OWN Every customer and every rupee. You close the recent leads our ads bring in. You bring back the hundreds who tried us and stopped. You collect what's pending — warmly, firmly, on the phone, in Telugu, Hindi and English. Our AI assistant Simran handles routine customer messages 24/7 and reports to you — you handle everything she can't: the angry, the unpaid, the undecided.
WHAT YOU EARN — ₹25,000–30,000 base, depending on what you've done before — 2% of the pending dues you recover, every month — ₹200 for every new milk subscription you close A good month should put you well past ₹35,000. If it doesn't,



one of us is doing something wrong — and we'll both know whose number it is.
WHAT I DO I say yes or no once a week on one page. I don't hover. Price, discounts and spend stay with me. Everything else is yours.
WHO FITS 2–6 years in inside sales, telesales, collections or retention — microfinance, insurance, healthcare, D2C, banking, any phone-heavy floor. Fluent Telugu + Hindi + English. Comfortable asking for money and asking for the sale. Own laptop. Hyderabad, in office (Banjara Hills), 11 AM–8 PM, Sunday off.
THE INTERVIEW In person at our office, and it's a working session: phone roleplays where I play your toughest customers — in all three languages — one written message, and a straight conversation. About an hour. We both know by the end of it.
