Job Description: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
About the Role –
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with business users and stakeholders to understand challenges, design AI-powered solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, product teams, and engineering teams, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of AI-driven solutions
Key Responsibilities
· Work directly with the business users to understand challenges and develop AI agents and technical solutions.
· Build prototypes, integrate APIs and infrastructure, resolve deployment issues, and collaborate with customer, product, and engineering teams.
· Strong skills in software engineering, customer communication, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, distributed systems, and problem-solving are required.
· Act as a bridge between customer requirements and engineering execution to deliver measurable business value.
· Strong hands-on experience in REST APIs, LLMs (OpenAI, Claude etc),



Prompt Engineering.
· Must possess excellent customer-facing communication skills, solution design capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
· Experience integrating AI models into production environments, troubleshooting deployments, and collaborating across product and engineering teams is essential.
· Solid problem-solving mindset and willingness to work closely with customers to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
· 5–8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, AI engineering, applied AI, or a related technical field.
· Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), and Prompt Engineering.
· Strong software engineering and solution design capabilities with a focus on scalable AI solutions.
