Role Description:
Senior Manager – Strategic Alliances will be responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that accelerate Peko’s business growth, product adoption, market expansion, and long-term strategic objectives.

This is a full time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, India, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and external stakeholders. The role will work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, high-value partnerships, market expansion, and key commercial relationships across India and the UAE.

The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with exceptional relationship building, negotiation, and execution capabilities. These individuals will be expected to identify high-impact opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, lead complex partnership discussions, and translate strategic alliances into measurable business outcomes.

The role will work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other internal stakeholders,



while partnering directly with the CEO on priority initiatives, strategic accounts, major partnerships, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO on strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, market expansion, and high-priority commercial opportunities.
Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic alliance opportunities across relevant industries and business segments.
Build and manage a strong ecosystem of strategic partners, including technology providers, financial institutions, enterprise platforms, and B2B service providers.
Lead partnership discussions, commercial negotiations, business case development, and agreement structuring.
Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding through execution, performance management, and expansion.
Develop joint business plans, partnership roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and commercial models with key partners.
