About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Counselor to join our admissions team in Mumbai.

This is a B2C inside sales role within the EdTech industry, focused on converting qualified student and professional enquiries into enrollments.



You will speak with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend relevant programs, handle objections, follow up consistently, and guide candidates through the complete admission journey.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys sales, understands the importance of follow-ups, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Inside Sales
Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing and other acquisition channels.
Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Understand the candidate's education, experience, career goals, and learning requirements.
Recommend relevant courses and programs based on the candidate's profile.
Conduct effective sales pitches and product presentations.
Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
