Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate). The Tele Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective real estate clients, explain project features, and generate qualified leads for site visits and sales teams. Responsibilities include maintaining updated knowledge of ongoing and upcoming projects, following up consistently with leads,



and updating CRM or sales tracking tools with accurate information. The role involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, addressing client queries, and supporting closure of deals through effective communication and relationship-building. The Tele Sales Executive will also assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide feedback on client preferences and market trends.
Qualifications
Robust telecalling and telephone etiquette skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with prospective clients.
Sales and lead generation capabilities, including experience in converting inquiries into site visits and supporting deal closures in real estate or related fields.
Customer service and communication skills, including clear spoken English and regional languages, active listening, and professional client handling.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales
