Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Supervisor / Human Resources Executive role based in Veraval. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management processes.



The individual will coordinate training and development activities, ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and support payroll and advantages administration in collaboration with relevant teams. The role also includes handling employee queries, fostering a positive workplace culture, assisting in employee engagement initiatives, and preparing HR reports and documentation for management.
Qualifications
Strong skills in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and performance management.
Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and basic payroll and benefits processes.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office (especially Excel and Word), and accurate documentation and reporting.
