Role Overview:

As AVP – Sales, you will drive the next phase of Data Sutram’s growth by leading enterprise sales and strategic partnerships across BFSI and Fintech clients. A key focus of this role will be deepening business from the existing accounts, driving client engagement, increasing wallet share, and ensuring long-term revenue growth. A key mandate for this role is to build, manage, and scale strong B2B relationships to drive enterprise growth. You will also oversee new business acquisition while owning overall revenue expansion and client success.

This is a leadership role requiring a strong blend of account growth strategy, relationship management, sales execution, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
CXO Relationship Management
Own CXO relationships — CROs, CTOs, CMDs, Business Heads — across banks and NBFCs.
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across Risk, Technology, Credit, and Procurement.
Unlock mandates in skip tracing, mule detection, application fraud, and EWS.




Represent Data Sutram at the relevant industry events like GFF to drive C-suite pipeline.

Enterprise Sales Leadership
Own end-to-end sales of DS Trust, DS Resolve, and DS Profile across Banks and NBFCs.
Acquire recent institutional accounts — private banks, PSU banks, HFCs, MFIs, large NBFCs.
Map Data Sutram's capabilities to fraud loss, NPA reduction, and digital KYC mandates.
Own end-to-end sales cycle across Data Sutram’s products (DS Trust, Resolve, Profile).

Team & Pipeline Management
Lead and mentor a team of sales and account managers to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and ensure disciplined sales operations using CRM tools.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.

Strategic Expansion & Market Intelligence
Identify whitespace opportunities across risk, fraud, and credit intelligence domains.
