We work with founders, startups, established businesses, D2C brands, B2B companies, healthcare businesses, and organisations across India and international markets.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is proactive, confident, commercially aware, and genuinely interested in understanding businesses and creating new opportunities.
This is not simply a calling role.
You will be responsible for identifying the right prospects, starting relevant conversations, understanding business requirements, following up consistently, and helping move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

What You'll Do :
Research and identify potential clients across targeted industries and markets.
Build prospect lists using LinkedIn,



company websites, directories, and other research tools.
Reach out to founders, CEOs, marketing heads, and other decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns.
Conduct prospecting calls and understand the business challenges of potential clients.
Qualify leads based on requirements, business fit, urgency, decision-making authority, and opportunity potential.
Schedule and support discovery calls with qualified prospects.
Follow up consistently with leads without becoming repetitive or overly sales-driven.
Maintain an organised sales pipeline and ensure no qualified opportunity is missed.
Update CRM, trackers, follow-up status, call notes, and prospect information accurately.
Understand The Urban Chief's services well enough to identify where we can genuinely add value.
Coordinate internally with strategy, marketing, and management teams before proposals or key client conv
