Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with patients, families, and referral partners,



and promoting Pranodha’s healthcare and rehabilitation services. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and offline marketing initiatives, track lead generation and conversion, and support brand awareness activities. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach visits, presenting service offerings, providing timely follow-up to inquiries, maintaining accurate sales reports, and collaborating with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. The role also includes organizing training or awareness sessions for partners, collecting market feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with patients, families, and doctors.
