About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Brand Communication Manager/Senior Manager to build GCC SCHOOL as India's most trusted GCC talent brand. The role focuses on creating compelling brand communication that attracts students, parents, corporate hiring partners, and media while ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute GCC School's brand communication strategy.
· Create impactful content for website, social media, ad copies, brochures, presentations, emails, messages, PR, and corporate communication.
· Build brand trust by promoting student success stories, placement achievements, industry partnerships, and leadership insights.
· Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and website content with strong SEO practices.
· Ensure measurable month on month growth in organic traffic, leads, subscribers, viewers, engagement,



like and followership in respective channel.
· Coordinate with design, admissions, placement, and leadership teams for all communication.
· Plan communication for events, webinars, hiring drives, and media interactions.
· Monitor competitor activities and identify branding opportunities.
· Use AI tools to improve content quality and productivity.
· Track brand performance and submit a fortnightly report on engagement, reach, website traffic, PR coverage, and recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications
· Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
· 10 - 15 years' experience in Brand Communication, Corporate Communication, PR, or Digital Marketing.
· Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
· Strong understanding of branding, SEO, social media, and AI content tools.
· Experience in Education, EdTech, or Skilled Services is preferred.
