Role Description The Planning and Billing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kashipur. The position is responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing rate analysis, and carrying out quantity surveying for construction and related projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with project teams to collect measurement data, verifying work done at site, and updating billing systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. The role involves analyzing project costs,



monitoring budgets, and supporting planning activities such as scheduling, resource allocation, and progress reporting. The engineer will collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain clear documentation.
