This job description is for an Intern – Investment Banking position based in Noida, suitable for fresh graduates / candidates with 0–1 years of experience.

Role Overview
The role will primarily focus on investor research, investor database management, market research and investor outreach, with exposure to fundraising and transaction advisory.

Key Requirements
· Experience: Fresh Graduates / 0–1 years of experience.
· Qualifications: MBA/PGDM Freshers, graduates in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related fields. CFA pursuing candidates preferred.
· Candidates should have strong research, analytical and communication skills with positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

· Job Profile shall involve:
o Investor Research: Identify and research VCs, PE Funds, Family Offices, Angel Investors and other institutional investors based on sector, stage and ticket size.
o Investor Database Management: Build, maintain,



verify and update investor databases, including investment thesis, sectors, ticket size, portfolio and key decision-makers.
o Market Research: Track industry trends, funding activity, investment patterns and relevant companies.
o Investor Outreach: Support email/LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups and maintaining investor interaction records.

· Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Compensation: Stipend as per firm’s policy plus performance-based incentive. Based on performance and delivery, candidates may be considered for an Investment Analyst position.
