Artisttico Decor is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing and digital growth initiatives.

About the Role

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising Artisttico Decor’s digital acquisition across Meta and Google, while also supporting local store visibility and conversion.

This is a hands-on role working closely with the Founder, Sales and Social Media teams, with ownership of campaign execution, performance, analytics and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads end-to-end, including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, optimisation and scaling.
Own key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CVR and AOV.
Manage Google Shopping and Merchant Center.
Develop retargeting and abandoned-cart campaigns.
Plan and execute creative and audience testing.
Manage tracking across Meta Pixel/CAPI, GA4, GTM and Shopify.




Identify and implement website conversion-rate optimisation opportunities.
Develop geo-targeted campaigns to increase store visits and local enquiries.
Manage and improve Google Business Profile and local search visibility.
Support festive campaigns, store activations and retail initiatives.
Develop WhatsApp and email campaigns for cart recovery and customer retention.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Strong experience managing Meta and Google Ads for e-commerce or D2C brands.
Proven experience improving ROAS, CAC and conversion performance.
Working knowledge of Shopify, GA4 and Meta Ads Manager.
Ability to independently analyse and troubleshoot tracking.
Solid analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Google Merchant Center,
