Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in the Pune District. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and guiding prospective homebuyers through each stage of the sales cycle. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate developers, channel partners, and customers,



while ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality service. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align on pricing, promotions, and inventory, prepare sales proposals and documentation, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. The position also requires monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
