Role Description The Junior Merchandiser role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves assisting in product selection, planning assortments, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of stock. The Junior Merchandiser will support visual merchandising and retail display planning to align with brand guidelines and customer expectations. Responsibilities include tracking sales performance, analyzing customer preferences, and providing input to optimize product mix and pricing.



The role also requires close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to support promotions and maintain a consistent brand experience in-store.
