Job Responsibilities:
 Generate leads through emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
 Identify and connect with potential delegates and corporate clients.
 Promote conferences, exhibitions, and events to prospective delegates.
 Follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed registrations.
 Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
 Achieve daily and monthly sales/registration targets.
Preferred Skills:
 Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
 Excellent communication and convincing skills.
 Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
