Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, machine learning, deep learning, and production-grade model deployment, along with experience working with cloud platforms and modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business applications.
Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and develop data-driven solutions.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Develop and integrate ML models into applications through APIs and microservices.
Work closely with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver AI/ML solutions.




Monitor model performance in production and implement continuous improvements.
Build and maintain scalable ML solutions using cloud-based infrastructure.
Implement best practices for MLOps, model versioning, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for their practical application.
Maintain technical documentation for models, pipelines, experiments, and deployment processes.

Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related field.
Strong programming experience in Python.
Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistics, and data science concepts.
Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy, and other data processing libraries.
