Role Description The counselor role at Peasantsb is a full-time, on-site position based in Bathinda. This role involves providing one-on-one and group counseling to clients seeking German study, job seeker, family reunion, work permit, and spouse visas. Daily tasks include assessing client profiles, explaining visa options and requirements, guiding clients through documentation and application steps, and maintaining accurate records of each case.



The counselor will respond to client inquiries, conduct informational sessions, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing, and follow up with clients at each stage of the visa process. The role also includes staying updated on relevant German immigration regulations and contributing to the continuous improvement of counseling workflows and materials.
Qualifications

Strong client counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to explain complex visa processes in a transparent, empathetic, and professional manner.
Experience or knowledge related to international education, migration services, or visa/immigration processes, preferably with a focus on Germany.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other relevant languages (such as German, Hindi, or Punjabi) is an advantage.
Solid organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail, time management, and case
