Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kozhikode. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and networking. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their brand challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.



Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing and presenting pitches, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth handover to account management. The Business Development Executive will also track market trends, provide feedback to improve service offerings, and contribute to revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Business growth initiatives.
Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline management.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation capabilities.
Experience in Account Management, client relationship building, and retention.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in creative, marketing, or related industries.
Comfort working with targets, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting.
Solid analytical and negotiation skills,
