Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Portfolio Manager role based in Kakori. The Portfolio Manager will oversee and optimize client real estate investment portfolios, aligning strategies with financial objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions.



Responsibilities include conducting market and financial analysis, evaluating commercial and residential property opportunities, and recommending acquisition, disposition, and rebalancing actions. The role involves tracking portfolio performance, preparing reports and forecasts, and presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders. The Portfolio Manager will collaborate with sales, advisory, and finance teams to ensure data-driven recommendations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a high standard of client service.
