Role Description The Nursing Incharge is a full-time, in office role based in Akola, responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily nursing operations in assigned units. The role includes planning and coordinating nursing schedules, overseeing patient care delivery, and monitoring adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards. The Nursing Incharge will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support treatment plans,



manage critical cases, and ensure accurate documentation of nursing interventions. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and guiding nurses, managing supplies and equipment, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and addressing patient and family concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Nursing Management skills to handle staffing, supervision, and workflow coordination.
Candidates should possess Nursing and Patient Care skills to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based clinical care.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine to support clinical decisions and manage complex cases.
Relevant nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing) with valid registration from the appropriate nursing council.
