5. Conduct Clash Detection and Resolve Design Conflicts to Enhance Coordination and Minimize Errors
6. Data Extraction, Utilizing the BIM Model to Extract Data for Quantity Takeoffs
7. Generate Architectural Construction Documents, Shop Drawings and Support the Creation of As-Built Documentation.
8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Advancements in BIM Technology and Methodologies.
9. Collaborate With Project Managers and Team Members to Meet Project Deliverables and Deadlines.
10. Ensure Adherence to Company/Project BIM Standards,
Templates, And Best Practices.
11. Assist In Quality Control Processes and Provide Guidance to Junior Team Members, If Applicable.
