We are building the commercial team that takes this category to market. This is a ground-floor seat in one of the fastest-moving disciplines in digital, reporting directly to the founder.
The role
You'll own current business for our agency partnership channel across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Your buyers are agency founders and growth leaders whose clients are asking about AI visibility and who need a partner that can deliver it.
This is a consultative sale, not a transactional one.
You'll be the person who helps an agency owner understand a category they've heard of but can't yet explain, and who turns that conversation into a long-term partnership.
What you'll do
Build and own your pipeline of agency prospects from first touch to signed partnership
Run discovery calls that diagnose where an agency's clients are losing ground in AI search
Present audits, proposals, and partnership models alongside our technical team
Close monthly retainer partnerships and hand them to delivery without dropping the relationship
Shape our sales playbook, positioning, and outbound motion as the first dedicated commercial hire
Report pipeline and revenue directly to the founder, weekly
What you bring
A track record of selling services to agencies or marketing teams, with deals you sourced yourself
Fluency in mid-sized monthly retainer sales rather than long enterprise cycles
Cold outreach writing that earns replies; we'll ask for re
