Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Manager - CEO Office, located in Mumbai. The Manager will serve as a key support for executive decision-making, overseeing administrative operations, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between departments. Responsibilities include coordinating executive-level tasks, managing office operations, preparing reports, ensuring smooth office administration, and promoting efficient resource allocation.



The role requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills to assist in achieving business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. CEO Office & Strategic Management
Act as the single-point coordinator between the CEO and all internal teams (legal, sales, HR, finance, operations).
Translate CEO’s vision into actionable plans, targets, and measurable outcomes.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for the CEO.
Track key business metrics including revenue, collections, billing, conversions, and productivity.
Ensure follow-ups on all priority decisions taken by the CEO.
2. Client Management & Escalations
Handle high-value clients and critical client escalations independently.
Ensure timely resolution of service, billing, and delivery-related concerns.
Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Support the CEO in client pitches, negotiations, and relationship management with banks,
