About Thagai
Thagai is building a trusted relationship layer for families caring for their ageing parents from a distance.
As families move across cities and countries, being there for ageing parents becomes harder. The services families need already exist, but what is missing is someone they can trust to be there, understand what is happening and bring the right support when needed.

Thagai is building that layer around the elder, bringing together trusted people, services and the systems needed to support families through different stages of ageing.

About the Role
Build a network of people who want to make a difference in an elder’s life.
This is a paid, hybrid internship based in Chennai, where you'll work closely with the team to build and grow one of the key parts of Thagai.

One part of what we're building is a network of young people who want to spend time with elders, accompany them when needed, and create meaningful experiences for them.
We're looking for someone who can build this network, grow it and make it genuinely engaging.
You'll find the right people, bring them in,



build relationships, understand what makes them participate, and create ways for the network to stay active and connected.

This is a role for someone who enjoys people, behaviour, community and building things that don't feel like work.
