The Vendor Sourcing Executive is responsible for building and scaling a reliable global network of vendors and freelancers across key AI domains. The role ensures timely availability of high-quality talent by driving effective sourcing, onboarding, and cost optimization—enabling seamless project execution and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Source and onboard global vendors/freelancers across Conversational AI, Computer Vision, Document AI, Linguistics, and Healthcare AI
Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships to ensure a steady talent pipeline
Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with project needs
Negotiate cost-effective deals while ensuring quality and timely delivery
Track onboarding success rates and optimize vendor sourcing efficiency
Drive cost savings through strategic vendor negotiations

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in vendor sourcing / talent acquisition / partner management
Background in AI Data, ITES, or similar industries preferred
Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with global vendors and freelancers

Qualification

Any Graduate / Postgraduate
