Role Description The Sales and Operation Intern role at HitFame is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The intern will support daily sales activities, including lead generation, outreach to potential users and partners, and follow-up communication to drive platform adoption. They will assist with customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. The role also involves coordinating operational tasks such as maintaining records,



preparing reports, and supporting internal training activities for teams and new users. The intern will collaborate closely with sales and operations leadership to implement processes, track performance metrics, and contribute ideas to improve workflows and user engagement.
Qualifications
Robust interpersonal and Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication.
Customer Service abilities to handle queries, provide support, and maintain user satisfaction.
Sales skills to assist in lead generation, outreach, and conversion activities.
Interest or experience in Training and supporting teams or users on product features.
Exposure to or understanding of Sales Management concepts, such as pipelines, reporting, and basic CRM use.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a proactive and organized approach to tasks.
