About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Proposal Engineer Secondary to join our Tendering Department. This role is responsible for supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality technical proposals related to secondary systems for substations, renewable energy projects,



and data center infrastructure.
The successful candidate will work closely with proposal, engineering, and estimating teams to develop technically compliant and competitive tender submissions while ensuring alignment with client specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review tender and customer specifications related to secondary systems, protection, control, SCADA, and communication systems.
Support the preparation of technical proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
Develop and review Protection & Control (P&C;) philosophies, interlocking schemes, SCADA architectures, and communication system designs.
Prepare technical documentation, including protection single-line diagrams, schematics, I/O lists, equipment schedules, calculations, and system architecture drawings.
Identify value engineering opportunities to provide optimized and cost-eff
