About the Role
We are hiring a Head – Training & Placement, a prestigious role with an offline TIH at IIT Bombay training centre. Key Responsibilities
Monitor training sessions.
Conduct mock interviews, GDs, and communication skill workshops.
Build and manage corporate partnerships for successful student placements.
Organise placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement events.
Track student progress, employability, and placement success metrics.
Qualifications




Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Education, HR, or related field.
8–12 years in training/education/placement management with leadership exposure.
Robust expertise in soft skills, career coaching, and placement strategy.
Proven success in education quality management & student placements.
