Position Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Officers to join our growing team in the Immigration & Study Abroad sector. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and client meetings.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and business development goals.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, recent markets, and potential partnerships.

- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and webinars to build brand presence and generate leads.

- Provide timely follow-ups on all leads generated via digital marketing, referrals, walk-ins, and social media.





- Collaborate with internal teams including counseling, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client servicing.

- Stay updated on the latest immigration and international education policies, destination-specific guidelines, and institutional offerings.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and closures in CRM tools or Excel trackers.

- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns based on market insights.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

- Minimum 2 – 3 years in sales, business development, or client acquisition—preferably in the education, immigration, or consultancy industry

- Male / Female

- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil (additional languages like Hindi or Malayalam are a plus)

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Target-driven mindset with a high level of self-motivation and persistence

- Adaptability to a fast-changing environment and willingness to learn continuously

- Working knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and email platforms

- Professional demeanor with a client-first approach
