We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Global Media Monitoring and Reporting Specialist to join our agile team. This role involves supporting global clients across the US and Middle East markets with comprehensive media analysis and reporting services.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Media Monitoring: Deliver daily reports covering traditional and digital media mentions, news, and trends relevant to client interests
- .Ad-Hoc Reporting: Produce coverage reports, media audit reports, and in-depth monthly analyses on request.
- Social Listening & Monitoring: Use tools like Talkwalker, Newswhip, and manual Google scanning techniques to monitor media landscapes and track relevant coverage.
- Data Interpretation & Reporting:
Analyze media coverage and translate data into actionable insights that guide client strategy.
- Client Coordination: Manage client expectations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all reports and analyses. Provide additional support for specific client needs in crisis situations or special projects.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal teams, media partners, and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive media analysis and reporting for global markets.
- Flexible Working Hours: Be prepared to work on weekends and during Indian holidays as needed, with compensatory off (comp off) provided.
