Job Description

- Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy
- Communicate to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
- Manage a team of SEO Specialist
- Perform technical SEO Audits, backlink analysis, competitive analysis on a clients website, identify problems and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
- Monitor and evaluate web analytical tools, dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.
- Stay up to date on latest search engine algorithms update/changes & SEO trends
- Develop and implement link building campaign
- Coordinate with other departments as Content, Web development Social Media, Sales, etc.
- Training, Coaching and Mentoring various teams

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as SEO/Digital Marketing Team Leader or similar role
- Strong understanding of Content Marketing, Technical SEO, Local, National & International SEO & Advanced link building.
- Experience working with industry tools like Google keyword planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google search console, Screaming frog etc..




- Experience working with CMS and building content in multiple CMS environments
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Experience working with International Clients including Australia, US & UK
- Strong problem solving and leadership capabilities
- Effectively provides specialized technical guidance to others across the organization
- Team player, robust work ethic and comfort with working fast-paced demanding environment
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
