We are looking for a confident, target-driven, and proactive Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the Commercial Interior / Interior Fit-Out industry.
? Experience: 1–4 Years
? Industry: Commercial Interior / Interior Fit-Out / Construction
? Location: Noida Sector 65
? Working Days: 6 Days
? Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
? Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for commercial interior fit-out projects
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants, designers, and developers
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design & estimation teams
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
• Follow up with leads, enquiries, tenders, and potential clients
• Negotiate with clients and convert leads into successful projects
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups
✅ Requirements
• 1–4 years of sales experience in Commercial Interior, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or related industry
• Strong lead generation and cold calling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English – verbal and written communication is key
• Confident in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Good understanding of commercial interior projects and costing/quotations will be an advantage
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive personality
