Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Delhi/Patna. The Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to share information about Dharaved Eco Works’ products and initiatives, respond to inquiries, and provide clear and courteous customer support. Daily tasks include explaining product features and benefits, maintaining call logs, updating customer records,



and following communication scripts and guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, gathering feedback, and supporting basic sales and outreach activities. The Caller is expected to maintain professional communication, meet call targets, and represent the organization’s values in every interaction.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in clear, polite, and skilled language.
Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls, manage conversations.
Comfort with maintaining records, updating call logs, and using phone and computer systems.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi/Patna and collaborate effectively with team members.
Organizational skills to manage time, meet daily targets, and follow procedures consistently.
Prior experience in calling, telesales, customer support, or a related field is an advantage.
