Role Description We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage and grow sales across the Kolkata and Eastern India market.



The ideal candidate must have relevant experience specifically in the Natural Stone and Quartz Stone industry and a strong understanding of dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, fabricators, and project customers.

Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in building materials, surfaces, ceramics, or related industries.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and deal closing to grow and retain accounts.
Ability to analyze regional markets, identify opportunities, and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Comfort with on-site visits, travel within the Greater Kolkata Area, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across sales, operations, and logistics teams.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in using basic CRM or sales reporting tools.
