Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendor coordination, payment follow-ups, and statutory-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice verification, processing, and maintaining vendor records.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including customer invoicing, outstanding tracking, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with vendors regarding pending payments, invoices, statements, and payment-related queries.
Follow up with customers for outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
Maintain proper records of vendor and customer accounts and perform regular reconciliation.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals, payment processing, and resolving discrepancies.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory-related follow-ups and documentation.




Ensure timely submission and collection of required documents from vendors/customers for statutory compliance.
Prepare and maintain reports related to payables, receivables, outstanding payments, and collections.
Support the finance team during monthly closing, audits, and other accounting activities.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting and finance tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
Good understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
Experience in vendor and customer payment follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
Solid follow-up, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
