Role Description We are looking for an experienced store manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive sales performance for our entire retail home furnishing showroom.

Operations:
•⁠ ⁠Manage opening/closing procedures,



cash handling, and overall store maintenance.

Sales Leadership:
•⁠ ⁠Set, monitor, and achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.

Team Management:
•⁠ ⁠Train, motivate, and supervise the sales staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Inventory Control:
•⁠ ⁠Oversee stock levels, manage replenishment, and minimize stock shrinkage or damage.

Visual Merchandising:
•⁠ ⁠Ensure the showroom layout, window displays, and product placements look premium and welcoming.

Customer Relations:
•⁠ ⁠Handle customer complaints, escalations, and build long-term loyalty.

Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠3–5 years of retail store management experience (preference for Home Decor, Furnishing, or Apparel sectors).
•⁠ ⁠Solid leadership, operational management, and excellent negotiation skills.

Languages:
•⁠ ⁠Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is highly preferred.
