Role Description The Assistant Manager Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote conferences and exhibitions,



focusing on delegate and visitor acquisition from targeted regions and industries. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating digital and offline marketing activities, managing promotional content, tracking campaign performance, and supporting the design of marketing collateral. The Assistant Manager Marketing will collaborate with sales, operations, and international partners to ensure cohesive messaging and timely outreach. The role also involves market research, maintaining databases, managing social media presence, and contributing to event branding and communication plans.
Qualifications
Solid marketing planning and campaign management skills, including experience with event or conference marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising tools.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize delegate and visitor recruitment.
