Role Summary





Our team is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to independently manage the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the organisation.

The role will be responsible not only for routine accounting activities but also for setting up,

streamlining and strengthening accounting processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, invoicing and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash and employee expenses/reimbursements.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Manage payroll-related accounting.
Prepare monthly closing, P&L;, Balance Sheet schedules and MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
Manage fixed asset and inventory accounting.
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
