Role Description The Real Estate Sales Consultant will work in office in Noida in a full-time capacity, actively engaging with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property tours, preparing and presenting proposals, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property listings, pricing, and regulatory requirements.



The consultant will collaborate with internal teams, support marketing efforts for new listings, and provide ongoing client service before and after transactions. Accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and adherence to ethical sales practices are essential to success in this role.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Real Estate Sales and general Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
Candidates should possess solid Real Estate market knowledge, particularly of Noida, with the ability to interpret property values and trends.
