The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email, networking, and other business development channels.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain and regularly update leads.




Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and convert qualified leads into customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales pipeline, and business development activities.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
Good understanding of the sales process and lead generation.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
