Role Description The Domestic Travel Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves coordinating and managing end-to-end domestic travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning for individual and business travelers. The team member will handle bookings, monitor travel schedules, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients and vendors,



responding to inquiries, providing recommendations, and maintaining accurate travel records. The role also includes supporting business travel requirements, optimizing travel costs, and adhering to company policies and service standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to plan, book, and oversee domestic trips.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with travelers, vendors, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess experience in Business Travel coordination to manage corporate itineraries and ensure policy compliance.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field are beneficial.
Familiarity with travel booking tools, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset are preferred.
