Role Overview
We are looking for a Study Abroad Advisor – Admissions & Application Operations who can manage both student counselling and end-to-end application operations.
The role involves understanding student profiles, recommending suitable study-abroad options, guiding students through the admission process, preparing and submitting university applications, managing documentation, coordinating with universities, following up on offers, and supporting the visa process.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of study-abroad admissions and be comfortable handling both student interactions and application processing.

Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Advising
• Understand students' academic background, career goals, budget, and study preferences.
• Advise students on suitable countries, universities, courses, and intake options.
• Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, timelines,



and application procedures.
• Provide accurate guidance throughout the application and admission journey.
• Address student queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Application & Admissions Operations
• Manage end-to-end university application processes.
• Prepare, review, and submit applications through university portals and application platforms.
• Collect and verify academic, financial, and other required documents.
• Ensure applications are complete and submitted within university deadlines.
• Track application status, pending requirements, offers, conditions, deposits, and enrolments.
• Follow up with universities regarding application status, additional requirements, and admission decisions.
• Coordinate with students, counsellors, universities, and partners to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate application and student records in the CRM.
