ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an TA Executive who will primarily support Retail recruitment — sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring for our store teams across locations — while also gaining hands-on exposure to HR documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone pursuing a career in HR to build practical, end-to-end recruitment and HR operations experience within a quick-paced, premium retail workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Retail Recruitment (Primary Focus)
• Source candidates for retail store roles (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Beauty Advisors, Sales Associates) via Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and walk-ins.




• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic screening to assess fitment against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and Retail hiring managers/Area Managers. • Maintain and update recruitment trackers/MIS for open retail positions, pipeline status, and offer conversions.
• Support store-level walk-in drives and hiring events, including candidate coordination and documentation on the day.
• Assist in building and refining Boolean search strings for retail-specific sourcing.

2. HR Documentation Support
• Assist in preparing and maintaining offer letters, appointment letters, and employee personal files.
• Support accurate and timely data entry/updates in the HRMS (Keka).
• Help ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with internal HR policies.

3. Onboarding Support
• Assist with joining formalities, induction scheduling, and new-hire documentation collection.
