Role Description The Hotel Reservation Associate or Team Leader is a full-time, in office role based at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino in the South Goa district. The role involves managing reservations through phone, email,



and online channels; updating booking details in the property management system; and ensuring accurate room allocation and rate application. Daily tasks include responding promptly to guest inquiries, providing clear information on room types, packages, and promotions, and coordinating with front office, sales, and revenue teams to optimize occupancy. The Team Leader variant additionally supervises reservation staff, monitors performance, and helps implement reservation processes and standards. Both levels focus on delivering courteous, efficient service, handling modifications and cancellations, and supporting a seamless arrival experience for guests.
Qualifications
Strong customer service, hospitality, and guest relationship skills, with a professional and welcoming communication style.
Experience with hotel reservation systems, property management software, and basic MS Office tools.
