Role Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing qualified leads generated by the Pre-Sales Team and converting them into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication, customer relationship management, site visit coordination, negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless home-buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage qualified leads assigned by the Pre-Sales Team.
Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and buying preferences.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations,
and property demonstrations.
Coordinate and accompany customers for project site visits and property inspections.
Build solid relationships with prospective buyers through regular follow-ups and consultations.
Explain project specifications, pricing, floor plans, payment schedules, and available offers.
Guide customers through the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking closure.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover, tracking, and conversion.
Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales updates in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on project inventory, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
Coordinate with developers, internal teams, and customers to facilitate smooth booking and documentation process
