Role Description The Assistant Restaurant Manager – Italian Cuisine | F&B; Service | 40K is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service for Italian cuisine, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include supervising service staff, supporting hiring and onboarding, coordinating shift schedules,



and monitoring guest satisfaction. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will handle guest inquiries and concerns, support menu presentations and promotions, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
